Meet the team

Christiana Puccetti, LCSW, PMH-C

My mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to explore the challenges that brought them to therapy. With deep respect for each person’s unique journey, I integrate evidence-based practices—including Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, and ACT—with psychodynamic and attachment-informed approaches. This blend allows me to offer personalized care that honors the whole person and supports meaningful, lasting healing.

Zac Callaghan, LCSW

Life’s challenges often bring us to ask, “What does this mean?” or “What can I do about it?”—whether we're facing a major decision, relationship conflict, the effects of trauma, or recurring patterns that leave us feeling stuck. My therapeutic approach draws from psychoanalytic and existential frameworks, which are both evidence-based and rooted in helping people find meaning, make empowered choices, and stay aligned with their core values. I welcome clients with long-standing concerns, including early trauma and personality or character struggles, and tailor therapy to meet your unique goals—whether you're seeking brief support or deeper, long-term work. Clients often describe me as flexible, upbeat, and nonjudgmental, and many find the process both supportive and meaningfully challenging. I believe transformation is possible when we begin to make sense of our experiences—let’s connect and explore what that might look like for you

  • This powerful neuroexperiential model is designed to help individuals identify and release the neurophysiological sources of emotional pain, trauma, and distress that may be impacting their well-being. By targeting and addressing these underlying issues, the approach facilitates the processing and resolution of unresolved symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, or physical manifestations of stress. This process supports deeper psychological, emotional, and physical healing, empowering individuals to break free from the constraints of past experiences and move toward a healthier, more balanced state of being. Through this method, clients can gain greater clarity, resilience, and an improved quality of life.

  • A one-on-one therapeutic process provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space where a trained clinician works collaboratively with individuals to better understand themselves and their experiences. This process is designed to help clients improve their emotional well-being, navigate challenges, and develop healthier coping mechanisms to manage life’s difficulties more effectively.

The therapeutic journey also focuses on enhancing self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and empowering the client to make meaningful changes in their life. Whether the goal is overcoming anxiety, healing from past trauma, improving self-esteem, or simply gaining a deeper understanding of oneself, the therapist serves as a compassionate guide, helping the individual move toward personal growth, healing, and a greater sense of fulfillment.

  • Therapy sessions for children and adolescents are tailored to address their unique emotional, social, and developmental needs. These sessions focus on helping young individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or life transitions, while fostering resilience and self-awareness. Parenting sessions are designed to support caregivers in developing effective strategies to strengthen their relationships with their children, improve communication, and create a safe and nurturing environment at home. Family sessions bring everyone together to enhance family dynamics, resolve conflicts, and build mutual understanding and trust.

The overarching goals of these sessions include enhancing effective communication skills, teaching and practicing safety strategies to create secure relationships, and helping both children and caregivers regulate and model healthy emotional responses. Through this collaborative process, families can build stronger connections and create a foundation for long-term emotional well-being.

  • Couples therapy is a supportive space where partners can explore patterns of communication, connection, and conflict. With the help of a trained therapist, couples work to understand underlying dynamics, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional intimacy. Whether you're facing specific challenges or simply want to deepen your relationship, therapy provides tools to navigate differences with compassion and clarity. Each session is tailored to your shared goals, fostering growth both as individuals and as a partnership.
